If I am adding Cable Television or Internet services for the first time, either as a part of an OmniTel bundle or a la carte, I will be contacted to schedule an installation or to set-up the service. Certain service order and/or installation fees may apply. All new subscribers are required to fill out an application for service.

	OmniTel to OmniTel Unlimited Local Calling OmniTel to OmniTel Unlimited Local Calling When a traditional OmniTel Telephone Customer calls any traditional OmniTel Telephone Customer in any of our fourteen OmniTel communities, the calls are considered ‘local’ and no long distance toll charges are accessed. Which means a traditional OmniTel telephone customer in Nora Springs can call a traditional OmniTel telephone customer in St Ansgar and this call will be FREE, because we consider it ‘local’.	FREE
	US 7¢ Plan US 7¢ Plan If you tend to do more out-of-state long distance calling then in-state, our US 7¢ plan is for you. You pay just 7¢ per minute for all out-of-state calls anytime of day including Alaska, Hawaii, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Canada & Puerto Rico! And your in-state long distance phone calls are just 10¢ a minute. Of course, all OmniTel traditional telephone customers get FREE OmniTel to OmniTel local calling; which means when you call another traditional OmniTel Telephone Customer in any of our fourteen OmniTel communities, the calls are considered ‘local’ and no long distance toll charges are accessed.	$5.95 per month
	US 10¢ Plan US 10¢ Plan If you don't do much long distance calling, your long distance varies from month-to-month, or you tend to call different people in different parts of the country, our simple 10¢ plan is for you. You pay just 10¢ per minute no matter where you call! Includes calling to the United States (including Alaska & Hawaii), the U.S. Virgin Islands, Canada & Puerto Rico.	$3.95 per month
	10¢ Within 25 Miles 10¢ Within 25 Miles If your calls are mostly local, this is the plan for you. You pay just 10¢ per minute for all calls within 25 miles. For long distance calls over 25 miles away, you pay 15¢ per minute during nights and weekends and 18¢ during the day.	FREE
	Simple Savings Simple Savings If you make very few long distance calls, our Simple Savings plan offers you a low 14¢ per minute rate with no monthly plan charge no matter where or when you call!	14¢ per minute
	North Iowa Plan (Unlimited Calling within 40 mile radius) North Iowa Plan (Unlimited Calling within 40 mile radius) If you rack up lots of long distance minutes calling places like Mason City, Charles City, Cresco or Waverly, this plan gives you unlimited calling to anywhere within 40 miles for ONE LOW RATE!
