If I am adding Cable Television or Internet services for the first time, either as a part of an OmniTel bundle or a la carte, I will be contacted to schedule an installation or to set-up the service. Certain service order and/or installation fees may apply. All new subscribers are required to fill out an application for service. Some services subject to taxes and applicable fees.
