Emergency calls placed with these products are answered by a monitoring center that has all the important information about your medical needs and how to best get you help. Depending on the situation, the operators can dispatch 911 to your location and/or notify your friends, family or caregivers.

The OmniTel Medical Alert system provides independent living through two-way voice communication technology. The standard kit comes with a base station and a water resistant pendant—with a battery that is covered for 5 years.

  • icon-volume Loud, clear speakerphone. Built-in speaker phone provides exceptional communication upon system activation.
  • icon-battery Battery backup. Base unit includes rechargeable batteries for up to 24 hours of emergency battery power in the event of a power outage.
  • icon-eye Fully supervised. Pendants communicate with base station every 13 hours to ensure proper connection. Central Station is contacted in the event of a power outage, low battery or loss of RF signal. Central Station is contacted every 52 hours if 4 tests are missed.
  • icon-plus SOS call. Emergency call is placed by either pressing the ‘EMERGENCY’ button on the pendant or on the base unit. Braille lettering is included on the base unit button.
  • icon-map-marker GPS location. The Central Station will get your location when you place a call and send help.
  • icon-droplet Water resistant pendant.
  • icon-doctor Caretaker button. Program an additional phone number to call family, friend or a nurse assist hotline. The programmed number is called only upon activation from the ‘CARETAKER’ button on the base unit.

Optional accessories include additional pendants and/or the emergency wall communicator, which protects the home’s most vulnerable locations which also features two-way voice communication with the central station.

The unit will communicate with the central monitoring station via landline telephone. You or your loved one can be connected to a trained professional with the touch of a button, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
